Returns requirements

After receiving your order you have14 daysTime to return the items

We try to accept all returned items. Articles should be in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that an item is returned to us in an unacceptable state, we reserve the right to return it to you again

Retoure from Austria:

A return from Austria is chargeable and must be paid by yourself.

You can send the goods to us with a freight forwarder of your choice. Please keep track of information until we have confirmed your return.

Return from the remaining EU countries:

A return from an EU country is chargeable and must be paid by yourself.

You can return your order within 14 days with a freight forwarder of your choice to us. Please keep track of information until we have confirmed your return.

We will refund the goods to the price you purchased this to your original payment method.
